Face of Depression Relapse

Not currently relapsed, but I wanted to reblog to bring some additional awareness.

Ninefold Evolution

Motivation sapped
Naps more often
Isolation is king
Messy floor
Dirty dishes
Empty stomach
Lights off
Muscles slacken
Thoughts turn
And turn again
Distraction peaks
Self-talk speaks
Idle ideation
Mirrors crack
Faces slack
Heavy mask worn
Fake smiles
Too tired
to finish this poem
