A King’s Desire

Down the road I met a king
who was given everything
He asked for me to play a song
Yet I could not tarry long
Thus disappointed the king left
with feelings he was bereft

You see he had all he desired
Which left him hardly inspired
The king never worked a day
and was always given his way
Which left him as kind of a jerk
Too lazy to do any work

The moral of the story is this
You cannot have every wish
For every hour you have not toiled
The more you become very spoiled
And if I had one thing to thank
That king deserved a deserved a good spank!
