She Sat Beside…

Written upon reflection of my relationship with the sacred feminine.

She sat beside in Winter and Snow
Whispering words without sound
Embracing with intangible Flesh
Fragrant as the wind during a storm
Breath taking in her very essence
Her Light reflected in the frost

She sat beside in Spring and Meadow
Lullabies like verdant fields
Running soft fingers through my hair
Aromatic flora swaying to and fro
Her sweet dew upon my lips
She blossoms like the Gilded Rose

She sat beside in Summer and Fire
Crackling vocals calling out to Night
Warm rays of Light poured through
Musk like the soil and pines
A kiss within a kiss
Her Blaze casts out Shadow

She sat beside in Autumn and Breeze
Melody calling out to Harmony
Fallen leaves caught by Earth
Spice redolent on her Breath
Savoring moment within moment
Moon reflecting Sun.

Love the imagery here. Could definitely be a song, set it to music and away you go. It totally creates a vision in the mind’s eye. Well done!
